Binding particles together? - postreal - 06-20-2019 I´m trying to find a solution to this (earlier posted ice sheet separation, but got no answer at all). This is very simplified scene of what I´m trying to solve. How can I bind these two parts (yellow and orange) togerher with some kind of a threshold/distance? After they activate (or reach certain threshold) im sending them to physx shape (drop) and voronoi (break at collision time). Tried with all kind of property tests and object activators ect but no luck. I want them to tear apart and gradually start to drop down from center towards the sides. Any help is appriciated. rnd_fractures_v001.max (Size: 720 KB / Downloads: 247) Thanks! OH, Got it solved! I´m sending the particles to two groups and then using neighborgs property test. Now they fall down with gradual way. Here´s a sample file if anybody is interested. rnd_fractures_v002.max (Size: 780 KB / Downloads: 249) |
