Hi guys. Why resampleing of particle binds doesnt work trivial case?
Here´s scene for 3ds max 2018

Resampling bindings directly isn't possible until the next build, where such functionality has already been added.
The current Resample functionality in the build you're using only works on parent/child or sibling pairs (your scene does not have those) and resamples the bindings of those pairs. The future build can bypass those relationships and work on bindings directly, as you are trying to do.
