Post: Bind volumes ?
Hello,
How can I bind a volume of particles on to a deforming object?
Imagine a deforming sphere. filled inside with particles.
Object bind doesn't really work, as it needs to use "Snap to Surf... |

Thread: TyCache Culling missing function
Post: TyCache Culling missing function
Hi Tyson,
Would it be possible to get a "Camera" culling option, embedded inside the TyCache object?
It seems that it's the only thing missing in the Culling tab, and I believe is a must-have.

An Object to SDF operator, set to subtract (and timing set to continuous), can be used to clip differential growths, essentially acting as a collider.

What would be the correct way to create a VDB differential growth, but within a confined space?
That is, a regular VDB differential growth that happens amongst other objects, with proper collisions... |

Yes, that's perfectly clear!
Most likely we'll renew; it's just the inconvenience we have to go through and justify this again...
Thanks for everything! |

Hey Tyson,
thanks for the quick reply.
May I suggest - if you would be interested of course - to switch the licensing from renewal to subscription based?
The reason behind, is that our company... |

Hi there,
We have 7 TyFlow pro licenses that are about to expire end of this month.
How can we renew using the discounted $295 price?
We don't see an option for that in the shop or basket.

2-5mbps? Did you mean 2-5gbps? The speed you listed is roughly equivalent to 3G cellphone speed......that is....an incredibly slow network speed for any LAN.

It feels like as if TyFlow checks each tyCache file one by one, when saving the max scene?
Our network is slow, yes.
But the asset location is just a mere text path, right?
