SOLUTION: Clear the Cache ...not sure if this is a standard procedure, but I had to click on the "Clear Cache" button and then it worked... or maybe it's a bug... I don't know, but now it works ye...

I think that this is a bug. Everything works fine if I turn off or delete the PhysX. The PhysX should be turned off with the PhysX Switch and it somehow still affects the simulation. So, for me ...
