Sometimes adding edit mesh or edit poly operator on top of TyMesher helps. If it's not working, maybe try exporting it as alembic and importing back.

Ahh.. I think you're correct.  In that case.. maybe it's a good idea creating one flow referencing Phoenix FD with Birth Fluid, and Fluid force... so we have a bunch of particles that we are working ...

Try disabling GPU instancing on your Tycache, and that way TyFlow will see it as regular collision object.
