Plastic Fold - please help

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to produce this plastic fold effect, see video attached.

Iv tried a few setups but i'm not winning. 

Any suggestions would be amazing!

Hi guys. I managed to get to this result. The fold is too soft and theres too much wobble / bounce when the folds collide together. What would be the best way to stiffen the cloth so it acts more like soft plastic rather than fabric.
