How to Export to other software like c4d and blender?

I tried alembic  and  fbx to blender but does not work it

currently you need to wait for alembic to be added in the upcoming releases.

If you are exporting geometry alembic already works fine for me - I put a "turn to mesh" on the tyflow object to be sure. But then that's with a cloth sim that has unchanging number of vertices. just try it yourself...
