Beginner's Question..

Hi all,
My question is when you stop the sim by pressing shift+Esc........ tyflow says "Simulation Canceled (refresh sim to continue)... How do i refresh sim so continue sim. 
I have to disable and enable tyflow in main settings...is there a quick way to do it...??
Plz help...
