Im trying to achieve an ice sheet separation - a zipper like animation from near camera to far away. I have modeled the ice sheets and manually cut the "master fracture" in between them. I would like to control the animation by animating sheets by hand (position and bend) and then fracture the middle area with voronoi. Also I need most of the fractures to stick to the sheets, so just some of them drop to the ground. Problem is that if I object bind the fractured object to my master ice sheet objects, fractures do not react to physx physics. I can´t get my head around this. Any help is appreciated.
