hey Tyson, tycache aint caching anything on render farm, I have checked, while collecting all the assets, it only collects the single mesh file and ignore all the particle sequences, but even after referencing all the file, the renderfarm is not in a position to render....
So is it some issue with tycache or RenderFarm issue
any workaround
thank you

Works fine for me.
Did you exchanged "tyCache_" under cache path with the real filepath?

Can you clarify:
You're trying to export a tyCache (using deadline)?
Or you're trying to read a tyCache for the purposes of rendering?
Before going further to figure out a solution, can you make sure you have no strange characters in your export path? Non-english characters and such. Make sure all characters are A-Z/a-z/0-9.

I must admit that I am also still not able to render Tycache scenes on Deadline or even locally for that matter.. I disable the vray interface option under rendering.
Once job is submitted, it just renders the first frame over and over or glitches back and forth between the first few frames of the animation.

I see, that's an interesting scenario that I've never tested (archiving before rendering).
By default, max can't see the full file list for tyCaches so yes, you will have to manually copy all the tyCache files yourself.
However, the bigger issue is that when max archives, I think it converts paths to relative but tyCache currently searches for the absolute path provided by the user. Perhaps that's why it can't see things on your renderfarm. I'll have to test this further...
Martians: can you provide more information about your setup? VRay version, max version, maybe a sample file, etc.
Tyson, I managed to isolate the problem. Was only occuring in Octane when I did not enable "Update Static Geometry" or set the TyCache to "Moveable Proxy"
Problem solved!
