How to bind object to end of the chain?

Hello,
I am learning this great plugin from sample scenes (Chain_Links.max) and I tried to bind big ball to the end of the chain, but I cannot solve it. I binded it only when it is collision object like spinning cilinder.
Can someone please help me?

It works, when I disable Custom Properties in Event 001. There is Custom FLoat Birth ID and cluster channel  to avodi self intersection of chain actors. But binding with sphere does not works when it is on. Still do not know why
