Element Fracture bug?

Hello Mate
When I use "Element Attach" and "weld" and "Element Fracture", 3ds max 2020 crashes, is this a bug?

The settup looks weird, but what effect do you want to get?
If I understand correctly, it should look like this.

It's just a small part of the effect I want to do.
In my original file, as long as it reaches frame 26, max will crash

Yes, in your project 3ds max is crashing, but I think you're using operators incorrectly, so I asked what effect you want to get.

In my original file, remove palen5,6 in Birth Objects, max will not crash
