Actor Animation Speed Control Cust Att

The Shape Op > Reference Object > Animation> has an option to set the speed control to a custom float. Could we also have this feature for the Actor Ani Op > Animation Playback Speed?

Eventually I'd like to add the ability to bind any spinner value to a custom property. Until then, I'm going to hold off adding too many individual controls like this, especially in this case where I can see it useful having a few actor animation controls being float-controlled.
