What is the most efficient way to set up particles in Kepler orbits (orbital velocity decreases with distance) around a central point?

I actually have it scripted in PFlow, but I wondered if there was an easier way in tyflow.

I don't have a specific operator for Kepler orbits, no.

Bumping this to ask before I convert my script to tyFlow ... is there an easy way to set the centre of spin of a particle away from the particle itself? And without resorting to a Script operator, is there an easier way to make the Spin Rate dependent on some other value (distance between particle and centre of spin)?
