I need to create a short animation of 5 balls that moves in a specific direction and when they get closer to one another, they get merged like this
However, I need a specific movement of the spheres and a more importantly not a random merge. For instance, I am after sphere 1 to merge into sphere 2, 6 into 4, 2 into 3, and 4 into 2.
The attached image explains what I am trying to achieve (please find the image attached).
Can you please share some tips on how I can achieve a similar effect?
