Thanks for pointing this out, Rob. So its...sort of a bug I guess, moreso just something that isn't entirely clear in the UI.
The divergence parameter not only applies to speed, but also the position offset normal. That's why the velocity checkbox only affects the velocity spinner. Because if you increase the divergence spinner it also affects the position offset.
However, that's not clear in the UI so in the next build I will give the position offset its own divergence spinner, so the current divergence spinner will only apply to velocity, and will therefore be greyed out if velocity is not enabled.
Edit: ah wait, I thought you were saying divergence stays active when velocity is unchecked...but you were saying the opposite. Divergence gets greyed out but still has an effect. Yes, that's a bug
