PhysX hulls not respecting Relax operator

Hi.
Don't know if it's a bug, but I've noticed that the relax operator is not respected by PhysX Shape.
Simple Birth objects flow. Relax is above PhysX Shape. 
See attached image. Physx hulls on top of relaxed geo.
