tyCache object - is it possible to move/animate?

Hello,

I was testing, if a tyCacheModifier can be moved like an object in the scene.
I added an EditPoly Modifier and set some keyframes.
But it doesn't work reliable, "forgets" the keyframes and takes long to react.

Is there another workflow, to animate the transform of an tyFlowCache?
Maybe some different settings?
