Particles are not setteling down.

Hi all.

I made theese coins that are falling into a stack, but they keep moving after hitting the plane/coin stack.
You can see it at the end of the animation.
The coin stack keeps vibrating.

How can I fix that?

I added MASS op, but that did not help.
Restitution is set to 0 in PhysX collision and PhysX Shape.
