You're doing a great job mate on this, and other tests and tutorials.

Just curious for this particular chain scene, what is the timestep?
You managed to do it with frame, or you had to go lower?
Did you changed default other 3 PhysX parameters of steps?

Pretty sure final settings were.
Timestep 1/4
PhysX Substeps 16

Rest in tyFlow Main settings are default

Chain and sprockets broken down Hull is Compound by Element
