Transferring normals to selection

Hi, guys!
I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature: I'm transferring normals to selected verticies with tyConform. It works fine on the selection, but breaks normals for other verticies.
Do you guys have any ideas how to preserve normals for not selected verticies?
