Cannot delete previous version

Hi, please make sure no other copies of 3dsmax are running still. Check your task manager for running instances of 3dsmax.exe.

If you continue to get the crash in the latest version, please enable forced file logging outlined here:

And send the generated log to support@tyflow.com. Also let me know if you're using English windows and English 3dsmax, or versions of another language.

It seems to have fixed itself after a couple of reboots. 

I had the plugin installed on Max 2017-2020, just to see if they all worked. I have not managed to delete them all(it was version 16012_VRayNEXT) eventually. Now I have installed the newest only for 2019 and it seems to be working fine.

I have English windows, max and no instance of max was active at the time.
