Angle bind

I try to use Angle Bind to somehow straighten the noise bind movement. And it works. But it straighten the nicely bend binds too. Unfortunately filter by angle doesnt help. Anyone done something similar with better luck? How I can use Angle Bind to apply only to sharp angles and almost staight angles leave untact?
