Particles in container penetrating through wall

Returning to this. I wonder what is the best way for particle selection. I'm using Multifracture operator to disintegrate particles and property test to delete the particles when they are small enough. However not all particles disintegrate.

What would be the way to mark the particles that are supposed to bypass the Multifracture operator. I guess, I need to do this within shape operator, but how? Then of course I need to tell Multifracture which particles do not disintegrate.
