Shape operator_Split Group Member

I'm trying different options to get correct results, but probably there's an issue with this.

"Split Group Member" option does not retain scale of objects when option is selected.

All meshes are with xform and collapsed.

In the attached images you can see the small drop gets bigger when "Split.." it's applied
