"Point force" is probably what you want if you want particles to act as little force fields.
However, for upresing simulations, there is already a dedicated operator: particle force. You input a separate flow and it will advect your current flow with the linear/angular velocities of the input flow based on a set radius. It was specifically designed to do upresing.
