how can i turn an object to cloth after an interaction

I have a "heart" falling and hitting the ground....the heart breaks in two...those two pieces morph into another object via tyconform. I want those new objects to act like cloth after the frame 99. This is my work flow in the attachment.....I tried many things.... It doesnt act like cloth...the new object just stops moving after frame 99.
maybe someone can help me.
