Move Up/Move Down buttons for the Position Object node's object list

It'd be nice to have Move Up/Move Down buttons on the Position Object node (as with the Birth Burst node) so you can re-order the objects list when using a location option that's '(In Order)'... 'Pivots (In order)', etc
