I'm not sure I understand the problem you're having. Could you elaborate further?
If you mean that other computers must calculate the simulation up to the render frame themselves prior to starting to process buckets, then yes...that is the case, and there's not a way to get around that which I'm aware of. VRay sends the scene to other machines and frame information, but it is unable to send the internal state of the tyFlow's cache, so the other machines must compute it themselves.
