Need some advice

First off, this plugin is totally awesome !!!

Now to the reason for this Thread.
I need some help to set this up:

   

I've got a place where a bunch of Particles will lie around (the purple circle)
Then the wheel (green helpers) picks them up one by one.
One particle per helper. And then they need to get dropped into a tube.
How can I make this happen?
