How to let the particles be existence before the egg opening？

I read the docs of tyflow and watched a few videos,

I know how to generate particles with tyflow,but in below example, I have two questions:
1、I don't know how to let the particles be existence before the egg opening，how to do it?
2、When the egg is open, how to let the particles drop？
