I want to keep balloon volume

The sample file "tyFlow_balloons_001.max" is used as a base.
Cut the link between the string and the ground, blow the balloon into the sky, and hit the collision, the balloon will dent. How can I keep my volume without getting depressed when I hit it?
The clothBind's “volume” parameter is max value “1.0”
