scale matching with proximity ojects

Hi Tyson,
is possible to use the proximity option in scale node to manipulate a scale value to perfect matching with a spline (please, look at the attached file)?
Is it possible using wire parameters? if so, is possible to implement a similar option in the proximity rollout?
