scale filter issue

Hi!
I have this weird problem, I am attaching the file also.
My problem is i wrote a small script assigning random integer scale to particles which then i can easily filter them out for my effect.
Spawn them and resample them ensuring that scale remains the same, now when i am apply force operator and filtering out only particular scale particles - well it seems its ignoring few particle, infact display data shows the same scale value.
For matter fact, even the delete operator is deleting those particle...
