Is your animated character/object using a Skin Modifier? I was able to get my animation to show up when Skinned to regular max bones.
When I animated using a deformer and clicked the checkbox "Non-skin deformations" in the TyActor node it never showed up despite creating an animation and adding it to the 'Actor animation' event.
