Where is spaghetti? :)

I remember, 10 or more years a go, someone ask Tyson, how he did some atmospheric dust effects. 
And Tyson said: "Well, you just draw few lines like some spaghetti, and scatter it with Particle Flow, with slow movement". 

So, where's the spaghetti shape in shape operator?
