several times I have played with decay and could not see any effect.
Currently I am testing a scene with tyWind.
But whichever other value I type in, whether a billion cm or 1cm, it makes no difference.
When I set it to 0,1 cm (which is ridiculous in a scene of 100 cm width), I can see a difference when I compare to 0,02 cm.
0,1cm is less strong influence of the wind than 0,02cm
Is maybe the decay reducing only the strength per frame?
I was thinking it is also a kind of fall-of
