You probably have a rogue object in your flow sending incorrect reset notifications, causing tyFlow to continually reset. There are two things you can do:
1) Turn on print reset notifications in the debugging rollout of the tyFlow. That will give you a hint as to which operator/object is causing the issue. From there, you can narrow it down. Some troublemakers: splines with keys on their knots, also gradient ramp texmaps.
2) From the editor right-click menu, set reset mode to manual. Now the flow won't reset even if a scene object sends an improper reset notification.
