No, you will not lose data if you save in PRO and load in FREE. PRO's abilities (and FREE's limitations) only affect calculations and the ability to export...they don't affect the integrity of saved data.
So you can create/sim/export on your home machine, then kick off the render from your remote scene just fine. It is always recommended to cache your sims before export, so make sure you do your tyCache export at home and then just transfer the cache to somewhere that the farm can read it....non-licensed machines can load tyCaches just fine (just make sure the version of tyFlow is the same across all machines).
To unlock rendering speed on unlicensed machines, also make sure you install tyFlow RENDER. Info here:
