more than one rotation operator to have one operator setting the first operator rotation and using other rotation operators to add upon (inheriting) it.
& using weights for the rotation operators to get combined strength.

I'm not sure what you mean, but you can already use the interpolation setting to blend between multiple Rotation operators.
