Hi Tyflow forum!
I´ve been commisioned to create an animation of a concrete bridge casting that went wrong and the scaffolding collapsed. The link shows some images of what happened. https://www.fotosidan.se/blogs/iring/bro...udvika.htm
I just discovered Tyflow and I figure it will be the right tool for this job. I would like the upright pipes to deform a bit and the horizontal and diagonal pipes to get detched and fall to the ground as the scaffolding collapses.
I´ve been experimenting on a small testscene and I´ve managed to create upright pipes that deform and the other pipes getting detached. The problem is that the upright pipes behave like rubber and not like metal. They also ben a lot and not just a little bit.
Since I´m a beginner I don´t know if my setup is even close to the best way to solve this problem. I would therefore like to know how you guys would have set this up. All answers are extremely appretiated .
Attached is an image of my setup. The box is used to push everyting downwards. I suspect this setup is not any good so I´d rather recieve tips of setups from scratch than comments on the setup I´ve made.
Cheers!
