I just encounterd a bug with Voronoi Fracture in build 016084_VRayNEXT.
In some instances it will lose some faces and/or some will puncture through the object as if they're occupying the same space.
It's not really noticeable with small fracture counts.
When I reverted back to tyFlow_016071_VRayNEXT (replaced the .dlo) the problem went away.
I've tried to recreate the prob as best i can in a simple max file for you to see.
