bug in tySplineMesher?

Hello, I may have found a bug in tySplineMesher.
These geometry are tyspline and tycache. Both have SplineRelax and TySplineMesher modifier.
But TySplineMesher can't recongnize SplineRelax modifier in tycache version.
Is it bug..? And can I have any way to avoid this problem?
