Any way to convert crowd actors back to normal skinned objects?

I have a crowd animation from a biped skinned actor, I want to be able to export or convert the result of the crowd from particles into individually skinned mesh objects inside max with their correct hierarchies and everything intact. Is this possible to do?
40 views no answer? I suppose there is no possible way at the moment then, Is this something the dev is looking into? it's very useful if you want to create crowd that can be controlled and even exported to game engines.
