Falling Snow and later blizzard

Are there good settings for falling snow that eventually turns to blizzard.  I cannot find tumble option, etc  Thanks

Force operator with turbulence should do the trick.
Additionally, you can add Ty wind force and animate strength, or add a noise controller on it.
