Start error with 3dsmax 2019 and ty 0.16095

Just exchanged my old tyflow with the new in 2019. This pops up on 3dsmax 2019 startup, on every start (see attachment)
After acknowledging 3dsmax starts up and tyflow works. Please fix it , needless to say what a mess a dialog needing user interaction on a render farm is.a

0.016089 working fine. (my last ty backup before 16094)
0.16094 has the issue too.

so adding the 3ds max path to all my clients and render farm PATH variable should fix it? Please fix it this is not OK ;-)

It's a max issue not a tyFlow issue.
