v0.16096 crashing on network render

We are having some strange issues rendering TyFlow on the farm here at work with beta build v0.16096.  The scene renders fine locally but on the farm it crashes immediately with the following error.

Do you have any tySelect modifiers active in the scene?

If so, please place an edit mesh modifier under them. In the last build there was a regression causing stability issues in tySelect when used on edit polys.

We have rolled back to an older build for now but will test that once our deliveries are out the door.  We were running v0.16096, but are you thinking that perhaps the bug wasn't fully squashed?
