Hi.
I'm trying to make my tyFlow particles color to change over time (based on particle age) with Octane rendered.
Like in the tyFlow sample called "tyFlow_UVWGradient_001.max", I want a color evolution of each particle based on the age.
I definetely don't know how to handle this :
- Should I animate the color of the Octane shader assigned to the tyFlow and assign the Octane Shader with a time relative on age of the particle ?
- or, Should I use a gradient on the diffuse map of the Octane shader applied to the tyFlow object, and then map the U or V of the input float (0 to 1) of the Octane gradient input ?
Any help would be really appreciated.
Best regards.
