Load Increment/Latest in TyCache

It would be handy dandy to have an option in the TyCache loader menu to either load the next incremented or latest version, similar to how it works in the Export Particles operator.  Load increment would jump one numerical version higher and Load Latest would just automatically grab the highest version number found.
