Vray proxies not displaying

Anyone having trouble with Vray proxies? We have them displaying on one persons machine, but on another machine, they won't display. We have everything set the same (same version of 3ds Max, Vray and Tyflow) so seems to be some local setting....

Can you doubly-confirm that you're using the same tyFlow version? There was a bug a couple builds back that prevents VRay proxies from working in tyFlow in Max 2022...
